Topic: "Dental Malpractice Overview: Discussing the Malpractice Landscape and Current Trends"
Anthony "Tony" Cottone defends dentists and oral maxillofacial surgeons when their care is challenged. Whether in a courtroom or before the Virginia Board of Dentistry. He has spent the majority of his career defending healthcare professionals, and dental malpractice litigation and licensing matters make up a large share of his work. While he leads the defense of dental malpractice litigation in the Commonwealth Circuit Courts, he also guides dentists through board complaints, investigations and hearings, where a license can be at greater risk than in any lawsuit. Tony has chaired the medical malpractice and healthcare committees of Virginia's and the nation's leading defense organizations, and he has been recognized in Virginia Lawyer's Weekly as a "Go To Lawyer" and Virginia Business as "Legal Elite".
